Chicken with cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cooking oil
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup white rice
2 cups water

Preheat oven to 350C.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Brown the breasts on both sides and reserve.
In same skillet, add the stick of cream and milk.
Simmer a few seconds.
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour cream over chicken. Cover with aluminum.
Bake about 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook white rice. Place a portion onto plates, make a nest.
Once cooked chicken breasts, place on bed of rice'''' a chest and a little cream.
