250 ml (1 cup) chopped leeks
250 ml (1 cup) chopped mushrooms
60 ml (1/4 cup) sliced water chestnuts
500 ml (2 cups) diced cooked pork
500 ml (2 cups) chicken broth
45 ml (3 tbsp.) Soy sauce
225 g (1/2 lb.) bean sprouts
salt and pepper

In a skillet, melt butter and saute the onion, leeks, mushrooms and chestnuts. Add the pork and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Over low heat, continue cooking 8 minutes.
