Grilled chicken salad
Chicken Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 c. tablespoons lemon juice
5 c. tablespoons of honey
1 c. tablespoons of dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped steak spice
Salt and pepper
salad:
2 chicken breasts
8 leaves of lettuce
8 cherry tomatoes, cut into 2
1 white onion or red onion
dressing:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 c. tablespoons olive oil
3 c. tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 c. tablespoons of honey
salt and pepper to taste

Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken at least 2 hours.
Remove from marinade and cook on BBQ or pan for grilled and finish baking.
Assemble the dressing ingredients, mix. Saute onions with a little butter.
Slice the breasts cooked, add to salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
