1 package (9 ounces) frozen creamed spinach (in pouch)
Packaged precooked rice

Heat spinach, as label directs. Prepare rice with water, salt and butter or margarine, following label directions to make 3 cups.
Combine spinach, rice and nutmeg in a large bowl; mixing well. Spoon into a well-buttered 4-cup ring mold. Let stand 5 minutes in a warm place. To unmold, cover ring mold with a heated serving platter; turn both over together; shake gently; lift off mold.
