Sweet and sour meatballs
500g (1 lb) beef
7 crackers crumbs (saltines)
75 ml (1/3 cup) evaporated milk
Salt and pepper
250 ml (1 cup) ketchup
125 ml (1/2 cup) chili sauce
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Dry mustard
2 cloves of garlic
125 ml (1/2 cup) water
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Worcestershire sauce
2 drops of Tabasco
