Cantonese Shrimp Barbeque
2 lb shrimp, large, deveined, peeled
3 each thin slices of ginger
2 teaspoon ginger
6 each green onions
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 each cloves garlic, minced

Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Mix remaining
ingredients in large bowl. Marinate shrimp for two hours. Put shrimp on
oiled skewers and grill three inces above hot charcoal about 4 - 5
minutes on each side. Brush several times with marinade and serve hot.
