Barbecued Honey Steak
1 siroin steak, 5-6 pounds
2 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ground
1 black pepper
2 centiliter fresh garlic, finely minced
1 large onion, very thinly sliced
1 cup honey

Combine all ingredients well. Marinate the steak for 7-8 hours. Remove
the meat from marinade and grill over a very hot fire. To serve, heat
the leftover marinade and pour over the grilled meat.
